Beacons Grassroots Music Industry Traineeship

Are you between 18-30 years old, interested in working behind the scenes of the music industry in Wales and based in Cardiff, Newport or Swansea? Beacons has launched a bespoke, six-month Grassroots Music Industry Traineeship designed to support and develop the next generation of grassroots music industry professionals in Wales.

You’re between the ages of 18-30
Based in either Cardiff, Newport or Swansea
Have an interest in the music industry and an eagerness to learn
Have availability to attend monthly online sessions, in-person workshops and shadowing shifts in your area
Key dates: first and last Monday of the month for an in-person and online meeting
