Arts Council Wales - Creative Steps

The aim of this programme is to support individuals and organisations who have experienced barriers to accessing funding. Creative Steps aims to address this by supporting artists, creatives, and organisations throughout their developmental journey.

You can apply for the Individual strand if you are an artist or creative who identifies as being ethnically and culturally diverse, as Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent, or as someone who has experienced racism or discrimination.

You can apply for funding between £500 and £10,000, please bear in mind that you need to allow a minimum of 6 working weeks between the deadline date and the start date for your project.

The deadline for submitting applications to the Creative Steps programme is at 5pm on the last day of each month.
