Stage Manager

Stage Managers coordinate plans and communications amongst an artist's camp, the technical stage crew and venue management. Overlooking stage operations from the start and finish of a live music event. 

Stage Managers coordinate stage crew activities including unloading, stage set ups and positioning of equipment's like microphones and instruments. In addition stage managers are responsible for ensuring health and safety are practiced during the setup of stages. 

 Stage managers require the following skills:

Highly organised
Strong knowledge on set designs, sounds and lighting
People management
Strong communication skills
