PRS Foundation - Keychange Leadership Programme
The Keychange Talent Leadership Programme (TLP) is a six-month training for women and gender-diverse individuals ready to lead change in the music industry.
This programme equips future leaders with the tools to drive diversity, inclusion, equity and accessibility (DIEA). Through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on projects, participants gain practical skills, fresh insights, and the confidence to inspire change locally and globally.
What is a Keychange Leader?:
A Keychange leader inspires change and guides others toward a better future. Leadership is about vision and action, not just job titles.The programme builds the skills and mindset to lead diverse teams and drive social change, welcoming participants from all levels—managers, artists, entrepreneurs, and creatives.
What unites them is a shared ambition to challenge discrimination and transform the music industry, from local communities to the global stage.
How does the Talent Leadership Programme work?:
The TLP is a 6-month interactive training programme designed to prepare you as a DEIA change leader.
What do I get as a Keychange Participant?:
As a participant in the Talent Leadership Programme (TLP), you’ll gain:
- Knowledge and Tools: Training in leadership, innovation, and driving social change with a focus on DEIA.
- Hands-On Experience: Develop your own initiative or contribute to impactful projects.
- Personalised Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from an experienced leader to shape your leadership style.
- Supportive Network: Collaborate with fellow participants, experts, and the Keychange team in a safe and inclusive environment.
This programme is for you, if:
- You are a woman or a gender-diverse person working professionally in the music industry, and you identify with the need for change toward a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible future for the industry.
- You are a professional or artist with a minimum of 5 years of experience of work in the music industries (we will also consider applicants with an accumulative experience of 3 years in music and 2 years in the creative industries)
- You are based in an eligible country (which participates in and qualies for Creative Europe support, plus the UK and Canada).
- Have over 1 year of experience in the eld of DEIA (Diversity Equity Inclusivity and Accessibility).
Please note that this program is not for you if:
- You are a cis-man
- You are based outside the UK, Canada or in countries which participate in and qualify for Creative Europe support.
- You are a Keychange alumni (Keychange Canada and Keychange Gender Diversity In Radio however, can apply). Exceptions may apply, please email us on info@keychange.eu.
