PRS Foundation - Keychange Leadership Programme

Do you love to inspire change and guide others towards a better future?

The Keychange Talent Leadership Programme (TLP) is a six-month training for women and gender-diverse individuals ready to lead change in the music industry. This programme equips future leaders with the tools to drive diversity, inclusion, equity and accessibility (DIEA). Through workshops, mentoring, and hands-on projects, participants gain practical skills, fresh insights, and the confidence to inspire change locally and globally.

Youth Music - NextGen Fund

Applications open!

The Youth Music NextGen Fund offers young creatives grants of up to £3,000 to make their ideas happen.

It's open to 18–25-year-olds (and up to 30-year-olds who identify as d/Deaf, neurodivergent or Disabled) who live in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Youth Music want to support the future of the music industries. Singers, Rappers, Songwriters, Producers, DJs, A&Rs, Managers and Agents, right through to roles that have yet to be defined.
